I generally manage to fix small issues within the first hour so my normal charge is 1 hour taken from the table above. If the problem is not fixed after 1 hour I will advise what the cost will be and give you the choice as to whether to continue. Premier Support service charges and Telephone support services are paid in advance.


If travelling a significant distance from my location is involved there may

be an extra charge.


A charge of £50 + VAT will be payable if nobody is in when I arrive at an agreed

time. I will provide as much notice as possible if I am prevented from making an appointment. Note that all invoices will be payable on receipt and any equipment remains the property of Barton’s IT Services Limited until payment is received. Any equipment in hand may be held until payment is completed.
